An expressive Merlot with dark fruit and fine spice. On the nose, notes of caramelized plums, toffee, and tonka bean emerge. Dry on the palate, rich in extract and smooth, with firm yet well-integrated tannins. Hints of cocoa, vanilla, and preserved raspberries accompany the long finish. Despite its youth, it is already harmonious, with great aging potential. An excellent companion to all game dishes.
