Vineyard & Vinification
Reishübel: This loamy-sandy soil facing
south-west offers the best conditions
for a fine-fruity Welschriesling. Here it
grows to full ripeness, which is perfectly
balanced by vibrant fruit. By cutting
the grapes in halves instead of doing a
green harvest, our vines are optimally
provided with nutrients. To maintain its
clear fruit, we vinificate this Welschriesling
in stainless steel tanks and give it
at least 4 months time to mature.
