Waldberg: The loam content in the
sandy soil makes this Grüner Veltliner
dense and exotic. On this hot southfacing
hill high ripeness is possible. By
cutting the grapes in halves instead of
doing a green harvest, our vines are
optimally provided with nutrients. To
maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this
Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel tanks
and give it at least 12 months time to
mature on the yeast.
