hill is very sought-after in Poysdorf, due
to its light loess and brash soil. Grüner
Veltliner gets fully ripeness there and
becomes an exotic, peppery classic.
By cutting the grapes in halves instead
of doing a green harvest, our vines are
optimally provided with nutrients. To
maintain its clear fruit, we vinificate this
Grüner Veltliner in stainless steel tanks
and give it at least 12 months time to
mature on the yeast.
