Vineyard & Vinification
Rösselberg: One of the highest hills in
Poysdorf, facing south-west and a very
high loam content in the sandy soil are
the best conditions for fragrant Gelber
Muskateller. By cutting the grapes in
halves instead of doing a green harvest,
our vines are optimally provided
with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit,
we vinificate this Yellow Muscatel in
stainless steel tanks and give it at least
4 months time to mature.
