strong game pies.
Weißer Berg: One of the highest hills in
Poysdorf, facing south and some loam
content in the sandy soil are the best
conditions for a typical Chardonnay.
On this hot south-facing hill high ripeness
is possible. By cutting the grapes
in halves instead of doing a green harvest,
our vines are optimally provided
with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit,
we vinificate it in stainless steel tanks
and give it at least 6 months time to
mature.
