Rösselberg: One of the highest hills
in Poysdorf, facing south-west and a
very high loam content in the sandy soil
are the best conditions for an elegant,
fruity Riesling. By cutting the grapes in
halves instead of doing a green harvest,
our vines are optimally provided
with nutrients. To maintain its clear fruit,
we vinificate this Riesling in stainless
steel tanks and give it at least 6 months
time to mature.
